Hi, I'm Jake. I was adopted from the shelter, Open Door Animal Sanctuary in House Springs, MO when I was a little puppy. I'm now 9 months old and was returned to the shelter because my so called family said I'm too big and hard to handle. Hey - haven't they ever heard of training? You can't expect to take a little pup home and never work with it on learning the "basics". I'll admit I have lots of energy but what pup doesn't? I guess they really didn't love me the way I loved them. So you guessed it - I'm looking for a new family who will love and keep me forever. Jake is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
